Rejus Wins Grounds Maintenance Contract for Multiple Properties with Memory Recall

Initially contacted in October of last year, Rejus began a tendering process to provide grounds maintenance across 10 properties managed by property group Memory Recall. They won the contract, and the works are currently in progress.

Works for the properties primarily include landscaping and overgrowth trimming across the multiple properties. These bespoke maintenance packages include litter picking and shrubbery trimming. Alongside these ongoing works we’ve also provided ad-hoc services and additional FM works to the large property firm.

Works for the building interiors include emergency light repairs, installations, fire linings, and supplying various parts and equipment to the property group. Across the 10 properties in South Yorkshire Rejus has provided a variety of works and services that encompass many principles of building maintenance, from gutter cleaning to general repairs.

The initial grounds maintenance enquiry has led to a strong relationship with memory recall, allowing us to cover a large variety of facilities management needs.
