I have been working in accounting for over 30 years all for the same company, Brearley & Co Accountants. Progressing from trainee to Managing Director has provided me the experience and knowledge to help owner managed businesses with their accounts, taxation, budgeting, raising finance, growth aspirations and retirement plans. I have helped aspiring entrepreneurs take their idea from a seed to operating successfully. Helping a local business develop is my passion.

My name is Jason Scholey and I have worked as an Accountant for 30 years.  I Started my Accountancy career back in 1990 with a large independent firm of Chartered Accountants in Sheffield.  Since then I have worked for a number of other firms of Accountants gaining a wide range of experience in all aspects of Bookkeeping and Accountancy.  I also spent 8 years working within the Tax department of a very large legal firm in Sheffield where I worked on Personal Tax for both the partnership and the partners of the practice.

In 2011 I set up my own Accountancy practice called Millhouses Accountancy followed a few years later by a sister company called Millhouses Accountancy Training and Development. This company specialises in Xero Training.   Both these companies are based in Sheffield and are named after an area of Sheffield called Millhouses which is where I am from.

Matt Travis is a founding director of Enzygo Environmental Consulting Group which has been trading for 13 years employing over 50 staff with group revenues in excess of £5 million.  With previous experience as an Ops director within a FTSE 250 Plc Matt is well placed to mentor on a number of areas having started Enzygo with 3 staff in 2008 developing it into a regional UK business with an extensive client portfolio.
