This is the second ‘Forum’ and is for Chamber members who work on their own and need some inspiration in order to move their business up to the next level. This ranges from tips on best practice so as to make most use of your time and resources to what to expect when you start employing staff.

It represents a unique opportunity for such business owners to come together and discover if they are on the right track and become inspired by listening to, not one, but two guest speakers who have successfully made the journey having started off working for themselves.

The speakers will be announced nearer the time but Pete Thornton-Smith will once again host the event and take delegates through several high-energy workshop sessions to help you benchmark exactly where that business of yours is and how to move it forward.
