Join the Universities of Yorkshire on 25 April as they exhibit how Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs) and Knowledge Exchange (KE) can support industry across Yorkshire!
The University of Sheffield, Leeds Beckett University, Leeds Trinity University, Sheffield Hallam University, University of Leeds, University of York, York St. John University and University of Huddersfield have partnered to deliver a free-to-attend, one-off event, KTP Yorkshire: Collaborate to Innovate.
The event will showcase to Yorkshire industry how KE and KTPs – unique, three-way collaborative projects, partially funded by Innovate UK – can support businesses to improve their competitiveness and productivity; making better use of information, technology and skills with access to world-class expertise from universities.
KE experts and regional KTP Advisors from Innovate UK will be in attendance to answer any questions, including the benefits of undertaking a KTP and the types of projects that would be suitable, Innovate UK criteria and collaborating with universities.
Themes for the day include sustainability, productivity, health technology, applied psychology, and advanced manufacturing. The event welcomes organisations of any size, academics, students and intermediaries to attend the full day or drop in.
