With guest headline speakers, Emily Wraw, Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust, and Lee Williams, Associate at Freeths Solicitors, the event will cover how improving equality and diversity will allow for a more inclusive approach to your recruitment processes.

The presentations will cover:

• Avoiding discriminatory recruitment practices

• Data protection issues in recruitment

• Internal recruitment considerations

• Fair and inclusive recruitment strategies

This will be followed by a Q&A panel discussion where specific questions can be raised to industry experts which include Wilford Smith Law, Sheffield United Community Foundation and ASD Lighting.
