Managing Director of Gullivers Theme Parks, Julie Dalton will provide an update on where Gulliver’s Valley Rotherham development is up to, the next stages of development and how local companies can get involved and the opportunities available.

This event will provide the chance to openly network and find out what companies are doing in the industry and opportunities for partnerships or supply of services/goods to each other.

Julie Dalton is the Managing Director of Gulliver’s. With 3 theme parks, based in Warrington, Milton Keynes and Matlock bath, Julie has grown up being completely immersed in the empire. Initially founded by Hilary and Ray Phillips, daughter Julie has taken over the family business and seen it go from strength to strength. After working her way from pot washer to catering manager within the family business Julie also pursued an education, gaining a first-class BA(Hons) degree in Hospitality Management from The University of Bournemouth. At the age of 48, after marriage and two children Julie with her brother, Nick, is now undertaking her biggest project to date, building a brand-new park in Rotherham, from the ground – up! Carefully selected, the new site of Gulliver’s fourth theme park will be purpose built and have Julie’s own stamp on things. Combining everything she has learnt from a lifetime of hands on experience.
