Bring course delegates up to date with current legislation and standards affecting the management and organisation of construction projects.
Assist course delegates in examining the extent to which they meet their own safety, health and welfare responsibilities at work. Guide, assist and encourage delegates to develop their knowledge and skills beyond the existing course content.
Provide examples and opportunities for course delegates to study and analyze safety, health and welfare practices and procedures. To draw as much as possible on material of common interest for the benefit of all course delegates.
Encourage delegates to develop a positive and forward thinking attitude to safety, health and welfare. Emphasize and draw attention to the many examples where inefficiency and safety or health hazards are linked. Assist and encourage delegates to develop management techniques and methods for dealing with future safety, health and welfare matters.

Site Induction:
Attend All Inductions required by the customer, but ask that they are conducted with the Social Distancing guidelines maintained.
Access / egress to site:
Ensure you enter the building through the main reception doors/ main entrance each morning. Attend any customer Temperature Checks requirements (hand held infra-red or similar remote reader), optional at the end of each day. At the entrance to the customer Buildings ensure hands are sanitised/ are washed immediately supplied at the entrance, or using the hand held sanitiser that is carried by personnel. Any personnel with a temperature of 38 Degrees Celsius or Higher will be asked to leave site and to return home – their temperature must then be monitored from there.
