You will learn how to:
• Start to build your brand, creating a business that appeals to your customers while understanding the importance of great customer service.
• Create your own sales process, from how your customer finds out about your business, products and services and learning about the benefits they bring, to buying and experiencing them, through to aftersales.
We will also begin to discover sales revenue streams and how to think about pricing products and services.
