About
Sheffield & Rotherham Wildlife Trust are one of 46 Wildlife Trusts across the UK, each are independent, registered charities. We were established in 1988 and now manage 15 nature reserves and one nature friendly farm.
Our Vision
Throughout Sheffield and Rotherham, from our streets & neighbourhoods to the wider countryside, there will be an abundance of nature that is protected, cared for and experienced by everyone.
Our Aims (by 2030)
- 30% of our land and water is great for nature
- 1 in 4 people taking action for nature
- Everyone is within 5 minutes of nature
Corporate Partnerships
We work with businesses of all shapes and sizes, from sole traders to multinationals, and their support comes in many different forms too:
- Host a fundraising activity or make us your charity of the year
- Donate goods or services
- Offer our members a discount on products
- Meet your environmental objective which can be delivered in partnership with us
- Sponsor a local Nature Reserve or one of our community engagement programmes, such as sponsoring an outdoor learning trip or nature recovery tool kit for a local school
