January marks an incredible milestone for our Managing Director, Rob Shaw, as he celebrates 20 remarkable years in the recruitment industry.

A local lad from Bramley, Rob’s journey from starting as a one-man band nine years ago, to leading an-award winning business is nothing short of inspiring.

The beginning of Glu Recruit

In 2016, Rob sat at his desk with a vision and determination to make a difference in the recruitment world. What began as a solo venture has since blossomed into a thriving agency that is valued by both clients and candidates in the region. Rob’s commitment to excellence and his ability to build genuine, lasting relationships have been at the heart of Glu Recruit’s success.

Reflecting on his journey, Rob shared:
