RNN Group Celebrates Featuring in the Top 100 for Inclusivity

The RNN Group, which includes Rotherham College, North Notts College, Dearne Valley College and University Centre Rotherham (UCR), is featured in the National Centre for Diversity’s Top 100 Inclusive UK Employers Index 2024.

Last year we reached 44th and this year we have been placed at number 36 out of 100. This is a tremendous accolade for the RNN Group which is still a new organisation having been formed eight years ago and  comprising four very different campuses with nearly 1000 staff across two regions.

National Centre for Diversity  UK Employers Index 2024 celebrates and champions inclusive cultures and best practice in Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement.

Jane Hartog, Exec Director of HR, OD and Marketing, for the RNN Group said, “We were delighted to be featured in this list of the top 100 most inclusive organisations.

“RNN Group has four values and one of these is ‘We are Inclusive’ so to be ranked on this list really demonstrates that we live by our values and continue to work hard on this as shown by being placed higher this year on this list.”
