Learn what common issues are found when managing projects, how to avoid them and be prepared for those that cannot be avoided. This course can also help you prepare for a prince 2/agile accreditation.

The sessions will involve mixture theory and practice drawing upon case studies and individual experiences. Following this short course you should understand the key concepts and features project management and how they can be applied.

Pre-requisites:

You must be employed in South Yorkshire.

Who should attend?

Anyone wishing to develop their project management skills and knowledge. Additionally, this course will offer preparation toward industry accredited qualifications such as PRINCE II, AGILE etc.
