The event is designed to enable employers to explore the various types of workplace experiences that can be offered (both virtual and in person), the benefits to employers, the pitfalls to avoid, myth busting and practicalities involved.

It will be an honest and informative session, and will provide attendees the opportunity to network with other businesses.

During the pandemic, offering experiences of the workplace has become increasingly challenging, but for young people at the start of their career journey it is more important than ever.

This event has been organised and delivered through the ESF Business and Education Alliance project, and whilst the project aims to support Rotherham based small and medium sized employers, all employers would be welcome to attend.
