- Be able to prepare an export quotation, understand INCOTERMs and packing marking and labelling
- What is export and how to quote
- What shipping and packing marks are and why they’re needed
- Be able to organise the export office and the processes required by that office.
- Roles and responsibilities of the export team
- Understand export order processing and give an overview of export documentation and terms of shipment

Please note there will be a short test at the end of this course which will be to submitted to British Chamber of Commerce to become in order for the delegate to receive accreditation. Accreditation is received if delegate is successful in passing the test
