Notice is hereby given that the 12th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber, No. 6 Genesis Business Park, Rotherham, S60 1DX on Thursday, 22nd November from 12 noon in order to –

A. Welcome and Review of the Year

B. To approve the appointment of a President Elect

C. Confirm the appointment of 3 new Non-Executive Directors.

D. Announce the appointment of new and re-appointed Councillors to the Chamber’s Representative Council.

E. Consideration of the Accounts and the Annual Report.

Copies of each of the following documents can be obtained from below, as are the full audited accounts of the Chamber for 2017/18. Hard copies will be available at the meeting (and can otherwise be provided upon request).
